Our very old house consists of a 1980s extension attached to an old 1930s weatherboard. The older end was made up of small rooms, floors that ran downhill and leaky spots in the roof. It was cold, dark and drafty. CDC provided detailed drawings, engineering and planning permits, then came in and gutted it, opened it up and rebuilt it and leaving us with a warm, dry, light filled living area, new study and fully equipped kitchen with walk in pantry. They were sympathetic to the old farmhouse style while providing quality workmanship throughout. Matt’s team of skilled tradies, we’re brilliant to work with, committed to great results and regular communication. In a word, CDC are 'Exceptional'. Their pricing was more  competitive than other quotes I sought and their Scope of Works was very comprehensive and professionally presented, going beyond my specific requirements. Their team workmanship, punctual attendance and tidiness and the timeline of the work not only exceeded my expectations but also exceeded building industry standards and engineering which was supported throughout the works in progress by photographic evidence. I'm genuinely impressed with CDC and already booked them to return and replace the decking around our pool and install a ceiling above  outdoor recreational area. We are absolutely amazed with our experience with Matt & Mark and the whole team from Concept Design Construct on our house repair project.

Our house unfortunately just a day before Easter 2023 had a car drive into the front section, the assessment of the damage was severe, made worse dealing with the insurance company’s appointed builder dragged on and process was painful to the point it drove our stress points thru the roof for months on end, until we searched for a local & highly rated builder, so we pulled the trigger to engage with CDC.

Mark & Matt was empathetic, down to earth to our issues, keen to tackle our rebuild. Everything was seamless and of highest quality to the spec of the original home or executed with consultation to our needs.

The rebuild by CDC took a lot less compared to having to wait another year as quoted by our insurer builder, and we love being back in our home.

Mark and team were extremely helpful, prompt and nothing was too much trouble. The job was completed in a timely manner and he went above and beyond what was expected. We recently had two bathrooms and two wardrobes renovated and I am extremely happy and impressed at the workmanship and attention to detail of this team. Their professionalism is second to none.
Mark and Flo worked with me to find solutions to problems that come with renovating a 50-year-old building and offered helpful suggestions with the design and finishing touches, and regularly consulted with me to ensure I was kept up to date with the progress.

It took us 12 months and numerous attempts to find a builder who would respond to our enquires. I am so glad that I came across Concept Design Construct online.
We were in a real pickle and didn’t know where to start with a couple of issues we had with our house.

Mark responded immediately and he and Matt guided us through the process and were very patient with my wife and I whilst we decided what to do.

The teams design and concept drawings and ideas to re-model our house were fantastic.

I recently wrapped up a fantastic home renovation with Mark and his team at Concept Design Construct and I couldn't be happier. From the get-go, they were super friendly and listened to what I wanted. The team's attention to detail was spot on, and the extended group they worked with were all very respectable.
